Model for Improvement and Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA)

These two videos introduce the Model for Improvement and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles as a framework for driving systematic improvement. Together, they highlight goal setting, measurement, and practical strategies for testing and implementing change, including the use of a Key Driver Diagram (KDD) in a healthcare setting.
