Key Driver Diagram

These two videos introduce the Key Driver Diagram (KDD) as a tool for planning, organizing, and guiding quality improvement initiatives. Together, they explore how KDDs connect aims, drivers, and interventions, while providing practical strategies for developing meaningful drivers that support project goals and drive measurable improvement. Then use the KDD templates provided in order to support projects with different needs.
