The Quality Improvement (QI) Hub is a statewide effort supported by the Ohio Department of Medicaid and the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC). OSU is one of 6 participating COMs working to collaboratively address chronic conditions across the state.
OSU QI Hub has three main goals:
- Create a QI Training System housed within the College of Medicine.
- QI operational infrastructure building
- QI focus: Hypertension management in primary care
