Process Map

These four videos introduce process mapping as a tool for understanding and improving healthcare workflows. Together, they explain common process mapping techniques, how to create and interpret process maps, and how current and ideal state maps can be used to identify opportunities for improvement and redesign care processes. The Process Map template is provided below and is available in both PDF and PowerPoint formats.
